Brett & Josie

Brett began riding as soon as he could walk and is the second generation in his family to guide visitors through the beautiful Colquhoun State Forest.

He actively competes in Campdraft's and Stockmans challenges throughout the year and breeds his own line of working quarter horses.

Josie also began riding as a child and was a member of the Briagolong Pony Club for 15 years. She has been competing at Team Penning for the last few years and has recently taken up Stockmans Challenges.

Together they invite you to enjoy their beautiful 100 acre cattle farm that has been in the Lancaster family for over 130 years and the adjoining Colquhoun State Forest.

We operate our rides seven days a week throughout all seasons, always considering that our horses don't appreciate trekking during thunderstorms or heavy rain. Additionally, we refrain from taking the horses out when temperatures exceed 30 degrees, as their health and wellbeing are our top priorities in every decision we make.
